• Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. All bookings require either a stored card on the client's account or a 50% deposit.

• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs on the same day as the appointment, Blanche Beauty reserves the right to collect an additional 50% of the booking price. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The payment will be collected from the same card stored in the client's account.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via debit card and cash. Deposits can be made with American Express, and after the appointment, we can collect the remaining balance using the same payment method. Please note that the terminal at the salon does not accept American Express.

• Deposits: For all treatments, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
